Larry R. Perkins established PSC in 1975 and we are privately owned. Larry is the President and has been instrumental in PSC's growth to become a leader in the scale service industry providing all types of weighing systems, bench and lab scales to truck and railroad scales. Our headquarters are located in Louisville Kentucky and our service area covers mainly Kentucky and Southern Indiana and have provided service to other states on a need by need basis.
